Payment Terms and Conditions

You agree to pay all fees due for health care services, pharmacy services, and any other services offered through MindWell Health, including fees charged by affiliated health care providers and organizations. Fees and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of booking or purchasing services. Prices are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

By entering your payment information, such as credit card details or applicable promotional codes, and submitting your request, you authorize MindWell Health, its affiliates, or third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees, including any recurring payments for subscription services (“Subscription Services”).

MindWell Health may collect payments on behalf of affiliated health care organizations or providers for the services they deliver to you. Any health care services not explicitly provided by MindWell Health or its affiliates may incur separate charges from the applicable health care organization or provider. You are solely responsible for ensuring all payments are made for such services.

If your payment method is declined, expires, or cannot be processed, you will receive a notice requesting updated payment information. MindWell Health and its affiliated providers are under no obligation to provide health care services until payment has been successfully received and verified. You are responsible for keeping your payment information, such as credit card numbers and billing addresses, accurate and up to date at all times.

Subscription Services
Certain products or services may be offered as subscription services (“Subscription Services”). For Subscription Services, your designated payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as specified during the checkout process. You may cancel a Subscription Service at any time prior to the cancellation cutoff date, as provided at the time of purchase. Instructions for cancellation will also be provided.

Refund Policy
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN ANY RETURN OR REFUND POLICY PROVIDED TO YOU, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL FEES AND CHARGES FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH MINDWELL HEALTH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU REMAIN FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.
