Subject: Important Update: Home Ketamine Services Ending at MindWell Health

Dear Mindwell customers,

We appreciate the trust you have placed in MindWell Health for your mental health care. Our mission has always been to provide safe, high-quality, and evidence-based treatments that best serve our patients.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue our home ketamine treatment program effective 3/1/2025. 

Moving forward, we will be focusing on in-office psychiatry, counseling, ketamine infusions, and Spravato—areas where we can provide the highest level of care and support.

What This Means for You

  • Continued Support During the Transition: We will continue to work with you over the next few weeks to ensure a smooth transition. If you need refills or assistance while seeking a new provider, please reach out to us before the service ends.
